Contact fromage.co.uk to report an error, suggest a cheese or source, or ask an editorial question. For a correction, send the page title or link, the wording you want us to check and any evidence that helps explain the issue.

Get in touch

Editorial contact: [TO CONFIRM: insert the approved contact email address or route before publication].

Choose a clear subject, such as “Correction”, “Cheese suggestion” or “Source suggestion”, so the purpose of your message is easy to see. Please include only the information needed to understand your enquiry.

Report a correction

  • The page title or link.
  • The passage, image caption or fact box field that needs checking.
  • What you believe needs changing, and why.
  • A supporting source, preferably the original document, official record or maker’s statement.

Where a source has changed, include its date or version if you can find it. A precise reference helps distinguish a factual error from a later change in a cheese’s specification, maker or status.

For the approach to evidence and corrections, read Editorial Policy, available now.

Suggest a cheese or source

Tell us the name, the country or region connected with it, and what makes it worth investigating. Useful leads include a maker’s own records, a product specification, an archive reference or a research paper.

If you represent a producer, cheesemonger or organisation, please explain your connection to the subject. Send a link to supporting material where possible, and say who created it.

Ask an editorial question

Include the cheese name or topic and the point you would like clarified. For a starting point, Cheese: The Complete Guide is available now.

Personal information

Please leave out passwords, payment details and personal medical records. If a photograph or document contains someone else’s contact details, remove those details before sending it.
